JYou reach the house via a path from the road. On the village side is the front door for entering. Above the door is a shed antler from a deer, after which the cabin is named.

Il Cervo is completely detached and is one of the newly built chalets in the village.

Living

The chalet is entirely on the ground floor and offers space for a kitchen, dining table, bedroom and a bench next to the pellet stove.
There are two windows at the rear of the chalet so that you can enjoy the view of the peaks of the mountains.
There is a TV that can be operated from the couch or from bed.

The hanging book holder with beautiful Italian books is very special.

Dining area

In the center of the chalet is an Italian scene with a wooden table and wooden bistro chairs.

Of course, there’s a tablecloth, as is customary in Italy!

The bathroom is located next to the bedroom. Simple and pure materials form the basis for the sink, toilet, and shower.

kitchen

As is customary in such a mountain cabin, you'll be washing the dishes yourself. The kitchen is made of wood and stone and features typical Italian cooking utensils, a large gas stove, a convection oven, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.

Tip: Italians make coffee with a percolator and drink it from very small cups.

We brought our own Nespresso machine and coffee cups with us.

Bedroom

The sleeping area is semi-transparent in the room. An Italian curtain hangs in front of the bed to create a sense of coziness.

The sturdy beams, bedding, and typical regional decorations immediately give you that instant mountain vacation feeling.

Garden

You can use the covered picnic area and a BBQ.
In summer, sun loungers are provided to relax.

Parking

There is ample parking for your car.

At the bottom of the road near the chalet, you have your own parking space. You won’t have to carry your groceries and luggage far.

Pricing

In the summer, it is a highly sought-after destination among Italians, and you’ll pay top price for a stay.

It is therefore more advantageous to book just outside of that period.

Interesting to know: a large part of the price is reinvested in the village for its renovation.

Praktisch

Buy well! There is a grocery store downstairs in the village, but it's nice if you have everything at home and don't have to leave the house right away.

We ordered a lunch and dinner box from Hello Fresh ourselves, so we hardly had to do any shopping.
