We did this walk on a beautiful autumn day, where the colors of the yellowed larches in combination with the aquamarine of the dam are truly magical.

The climb up is very steep and not for inexperienced hikers, but the reward is great.

A landscape that slowly changes with every step up and treats you to spectacular views.

After passing the tree line, lichens and rare plants take over the scenery.

After passing an ancient settlement, the Alpine lake Lac Long first comes into view, after which the final climb to Lac Mort begins.
