Welcome to this holiday home in the picturesque Ardennes village of Gros-fays.

When entering the holiday home, you immediately step into the spacious and open-plan rooms, where a cozy lobby has been created. Three charming vintage bistro chairs are lined up along the wall, which are not only functional, but also add a touch of nostalgic atmosphere to the room.
Keuken
The kitchen is a wonderful kitchen with a view of the dining area.
You cook on induction hobs, there is also an oven, Nesspresso, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
Dining area
The dining table, surrounded by sturdy industrial chairs and a bench, invites you to enjoy long, cozy evenings at the table. As the temperature starts to drop, the impressive pellet stove provides a soothing warmth, making the atmosphere even more inviting. For days when you simply want to relax and daydream, a delightful nook has been created in the window seats by the large window.

Bedroom 1 & 2
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two beds in bedroom 1 that are placed 80 cm apart. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a 160 cm mattress. Both bedrooms have a walk-in shower and sink.
As you enter the first floor, you step into the stunning living area. Here, you are welcomed by an impressive open roof structure, characterized by imposing beams and a traditional Ardennes wall.
The heart of the living room is defined by a spacious lounge sofa, strategically positioned around the television.

Welcome to the luxurious master bedroom, an oasis of comfort and style. This room exudes a sense of space and light, thanks to the large window overlooking the staircase and the open areas below. Equipped with a double bed with a 160 cm mattress, a walk-in shower, and a sink..

At the rear of the house, you'll find the terrace—a place where outdoor living and tranquility come together. Tastefully furnished with a wooden outdoor table and comfortable rattan chairs, it is the perfect spot for relaxed meals, friendly conversations, and moments of reflection

Green meadows stretch out to the horizon, dotted with fruit trees that bring their own unique charm in every season. A charming hedge surrounds the terrace, offering both privacy and a sense of connection with nature
