Less than 5 minutes from the chalet you will find Lake Lexert down in the village. A crystal clear mountain lake with water fed by the surrounding mountains and glaciers.

There are sandy beaches for sunbathing and lazing.

You can only really swim in the summer, because the mountain water is quite fresh.

There are wooden picnic benches everywhere around the lake and there are BBQs available. A great place to go at the end of the afternoon and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.
