Stylish, warm and cared for to perfection
As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the high level of finishing. In the spacious entrance hall you will find a convenient wardrobe for coats and shoes. Even an ironing board has been thought of - handy for those who want to freshen up before a fun night out on the town.
The cozy living room invites you to relax on the comfortable lounge sofa, while endearing deer paintings and a large wooden clock give the room a warm, almost fairy-tale feel. The large flat-screen TV completes it for a cozy movie night. From the living room, you overlook the cozy dining room, where a sturdy wooden table is surrounded by soft, green bucket chairs. Above the table hang beautiful hand-blown lamps, and on the wall is the word "SMILE" in large letters - a nod from the hospitable owner.
Adjacent you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with an L-shaped cooking island where you can cozy up while cooking. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an induction hob (60 cm), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and coffee maker. Everything you need to cook together extensively or prepare a nice breakfast.
On the first floor there is also a first spacious bedroom, immediately to the right upon entering. Here you can sleep comfortably on a double box spring (160 cm). This room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and sink - perfect for those who don't want to climb stairs or are looking for just a little more privacy. The guest toilet is also on this floor, conveniently located in the hallway.
You reach the second floor via the stylish wooden staircase with subtle LED lighting. At the top of the stairs you are welcomed by a charming play corner for the little ones - ideal for families with young children.
On this floor you will find three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double box spring (160 cm). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, so everyone can freshen up in peace without having to wait. One of the bedrooms has a particularly high ceiling with beautiful lighting, which feels extra spacious and cozy.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful, enclosed garden with green hedges and ornamental fences that provide both privacy and security. The terrace features a nice lounge area and a large dining table for 8 - ideal for dining together under the open sky. During the summer months (from mid-April to late October), outdoor furniture is available and the Barbecook barbecue is at your service. For those who want to relax actively, there is a landscaped bocce court, and the cobblestone paths invite all kinds of outdoor games.
For those coming by car: there is ample parking at the front of the house, with room for three vehicles. Inside, there is also a handy storage room opposite the kitchen, where you will find the cushions for the lounge set, deck chairs and outdoor games.

Beautiful vacation home with spacious rooms with individual bathrooms. Friendly reception by the owner. A little odd that the garden was maintained during our stay, though. The weather was nice and we were sitting outside, so that lawnmower didn't need to be done.

Nice house in a beautiful location. Cottage in perfect condition, with vastly expanded kitchen (including all supplies). Rooms thickly decorated, with good showers in each room. Nice garden, nice that there were outdoor games available. Close to the center of Durbuy! We had a blissful weekend despite the disappointing weather.
Ideal house for a weekend getaway. Located between Durbuy (3km) and Barvaux (5km). Good base for walks. Extremely neat and well maintained house. Baker and butcher across the street. On Sunday a lot of traffic to Durbuy, which due to its location can give disturbing noise.

We look back on an incredibly pleasant stay during the transition from old to new. This house has everything for carefree enjoyment. Beautiful rooms each with a blissful shower, a kitchen equipped with materials down to the last detail, plenty of space for the children to play, a hot bakery across the street.... In short, worth coming back again.
Great location, close to Durbuy and Barvaux. Super furnished house, only a washing machine is missing, babies and montainbikers often make something dirty. Located near the owner, so in case of problems always someone nearby (although it was not necessary).
