Route des Grands Crus
Seeing and tasting Burgundy

The Route des Grands Crus is not just any wine route. It is rightly called the "Champs-Élysées of Burgundy": a mythical 60-kilometer ribbon that takes you along the world's most prestigious vineyards.
From Dijon to Santenay, you travel through the heart of the Côte d'Or, where every hill, every village and every vine tells a story.

Along France's most famous wines

The route winds through two iconic wine regions:

  • Côte de Nuits - world-renowned for its powerful and elegant red wines.

  • Côte de Beaune - famed for its perfect balance of refined reds and golden white wines.

Along the way, you pass names that will make any wine lover smile: Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet... here, wine is not a product, but cultural heritage.

Villages with character

The villages along the Route des Grands Crus are among the most beautiful in France.
With their flowery facades, old stone houses, atmospheric cellars and narrow cobbled streets, they breathe the soul of Burgundy. Residents cherish their history with pride - and you can feel it in every detail.
