A house full of character, full of charm and surprises

When you open the cast-iron gate and drive up the path, you know you have arrived at a special place. On the left you will see the front door, on the right an inviting terrace. This is where your stay begins, quiet and welcoming.

Inside, a stately hallway with a beautiful granito floor awaits. High doors and an ornate staircase give the feeling of a house with history.

Immediately to the right awaits a space that is the heart of the house: the coffee room. With an impressive collection of old coffee grinders and French doors opening to a small terrace, this is a place to unwind.

The room flows into the cozy TV corner, where a soft sofa and two armchairs invite you to plop down. Next to the fireplace hangs an antique clock.

The dining room exudes a warm, southern atmosphere. Italian woodwork, a long table, and above you just a simple light bulb: sometimes simplicity is the most beautiful decor. From here you can walk right through to the kitchen, which is modern yet cozy. You can cook with ease here: everything is there, from induction cooktop to American fridge, and a bar for aperitifs.

One floor up, two bedrooms await. The first is spacious and serene, with soft shades of gray and views of the garden. The second is cozier, with cheerful paintings on the wall and a closet you could almost get lost in. The bathroom offers comfort with natural materials, a bathtub-shower and a wooden sink cabinet. And yes, the toilet is neatly separate.

Those who dare to take the steep stairs will arrive at a mini-apartment. Two small beds, an open bathroom area, with a walk-in shower. This place feels like a little world unto itself.

And then ... the sunroom. A place where inside and outside merge. In summer you open the doors to the terrace, in autumn the fireplace burns. At the long table you can enjoy your meals, even when the weather is not so good.

Outside, a sunny terrace awaits with deck chairs, a lounge set and a 7-by-3-meter pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or some relaxing bobbing. The pool is open from May until the first leaves fall in September.

Finally, there is the front garden, spacious and sunny, with a gazebo and wooden dining table: the ideal place for an outdoor breakfast. You can park your car under the carport or just on the gravel path, there is plenty of space.
