La Roserie is a stately old mansion full of charm and character, located in a picturesque village near Durbuy, the smallest town in the world. A place where families and friends gather to enjoy peace, conviviality and the rural environment. As soon as you step through the gate into the private front yard, you feel the atmosphere of a warm family home. The front door opens to an elegant hallway that gives access to the various living spaces.
From stately mansion to warm family residence
To the left is the cozy dining room with a sturdy wooden table, where long dinners and game nights come naturally. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: five gas burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a classic coffee maker. While the adults cook, the children can join in the fun in their own mini-kitchen in the play corner, where other toys are also ready - fun guaranteed.
On the right side of the hall is the living room, an inviting space with a fireplace where you can relax. Adjacent to the living room is the bar: a cozy spot with a touch of vintage charm, perfect for a self-mixed gin tonic or a good glass of wine with friends.
On the second floor are three comfortable bedrooms. Two rooms have a double box-spring bed (160x200 cm), each attractively decorated in soft earth tones. One of these rooms has a private bathroom with shower and sink. The third bedroom has an extra single bed (80x200 cm) in addition to a double bed - ideal for families. On the same floor is a spacious, modern bathroom with bathtub, integrated shower and double sink. For younger guests there is also a second playroom with colorful poufs, a television with DVD player and a writing table for drawing.
The second floor has another four bedrooms. Three of them are double rooms, each in soft pastel colors and equipped with comfortable 160x200 cm box-spring beds. The fourth room is especially for children: a cheerful room with a bunk bed and playful colors. This floor has an additional bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
Outside, La Roserie offers plenty of space to relax. There is a terrace at the front where you can enjoy the evening sun, while the fully enclosed garden at the back invites you to cozy dining, barbecues and lazing in the grass. There are seats everywhere to catch every ray of sunshine.
Parking is easy along the street in front of the house. La Roserie is a place where charm, comfort and conviviality come naturally together - ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends, right in the heart of the Ardennes.

Nice and beautiful house with all the comforts, regret that kitchen and appliances are a bit run down.
Wonderful house! Really enjoyed it with friends and kids. Great that there was a playroom including toys. Definitely worth repeating. Enough dishes and glasses for a large party. Only downside, lots of flies inside, but that's because of the rural setting. No reason not to book it.

Wonderful house to spend a cozy weekend with friends. The bar ( with fridge we discovered later ) invites to cozy evenings. In the garden enough space to bbq, or just cozy sitting. In the morning all together having breakfast at the large kitchen table. It's all possible.
Rolls are fresh at the door in the morning. Everything was top, even the beds.
