Entrance
​
You reach the house via a stepped path. At the top via the front terrace is the front door to enter. Above the door hang the impressive antlers of an ibex after which the enclosure is named.
​
We fell in love with the view around the house.
​
​
Dining
​
The wooden dining table is in the middle of the open living area with 4 chairs around it. This is nice and big so you can easily scale and store more on it.
​
As standard, there is a cloth over the table, according to Italian custom. We removed this because we really like the pure wood of the table better.
​
Bathroom
​
The bathroom is on the ground floor. The rock wall that is openwork is special. The shower is nice and gives very clean water.
​
Furthermore, a sink and chest of drawers underneath, everything beautifully finished.
​
You will also find the toilet here.
​
Living
​
The house has an open living area with the living room on the right, where there is a warm red sofa with coffee table.
The door to the balcony looks straight out at the mountains on the other side.
And very nice... A fireplace to sit by the fire in the evening!
There is also a smart TV with several USB ports, to which a hard drive can easily be connected to watch a movie.

The bookcase contains very special Italian books with beautiful photographs.
​

Kitchen
​​
As is customary in a mountain house, you can do the dishes yourself. The kitchen is made of wood and stone and typical Italian cooking utensils, and has a large refrigerator with freezer.
Tip: Italians make coffee with a percolator, and drink it from very small cups.
We brought our own Nespresso machine and coffee cups.

Other
​​
Shop well! There is a grocer down in the village, but it is nice if you have everything in the house and don't have to leave the house right away.
We ordered a lunch and dinner box from Hello Fresh ourselves and hardly had to do any shopping.

Bedroom 1

The stairs take you to the floor with the bedrooms. The bedrooms are separated by a sliding door.
On the left side a bedroom with a large double bed of 160 cm. wide.

Bedroom 2
​
The stairs take you to the floor with the bedrooms. The bedrooms are separated with a sliding door.
On the right side is a bedroom with a large double bed of 160 cm wide and an extra guest bed.

​
Bed linen is included in the price.
​
Garden
​​
​The house has its own garden with a covered picnic area and a BBQ. In the summer there are sun loungers for relaxing.

Parking
​
There is ample parking for your car.
​
Pricing
​​
In the summer it is a very popular destination for Italians and you pay top dollar for a stay.
It is therefore more interesting to book just outside that period
​
Interesting to know: a large part of the price is reinvested in the village for its renovation.
