Entrance

Via a village road, you arrive at the villa, where your car can be parked in a specially designed secure parking area. A staircase then leads you to the front of the villa at the living level.

Living
​
The living room, dining area and kitchen are in the same large open space. In the left part there is a large comfortable lounge sofa and armchair with panoramic views all around. A desk against the window to work on.

Dining
​
In the center of the space stands a dining table with various chairs. Against the wall on the terrace side, a charming indoor fireplace provides warmth on cool evenings.

Kitchen
​
A large open kitchen features a standalone cooking island and a bar for seating. It is equipped with an induction cooktop, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher

Bedroom 1
​
Spacious bedroom with king-size beds (180x90) that can also be separated. Modular storage system for your clothing.

Bathroom 1
​
The bathroom is partly located in the bedroom, where you can enjoy the luxury of a bath with panoramic views. The sink and toilet are located in the lockable part.

Bathroom 2

Bathroom with a rain shower, finished in concrete plaster. It also includes a sink and a toilet.

Terrace 1

On the living level, there is a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, lounge chairs, and a hammock.

Terrace 2

One floor down, there is a second terrace with a bistro table and chairs—perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or an aperitif while taking in the surrounding views.

Terrace 3

On the first floor level there is a lounge set where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.
