Entrance

At the entrance, there is a lockable gate that provides access to the garden.

Under the canopy, you will find the front door of the house.

Hall

Through the front door you enter a beautiful hall with the stairs to the 1st floor. On the left is a piano, beautiful photo work by Rolv Photography on the wall.

Keuken

In a large open space, you will find the kitchen, living room, and dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including a freezer compartment, oven, combi-microwave, ceramic cooktop, Senseo coffee maker, grill plate, warming drawer, and dishwasher. There is also a built-in wine cooler.

Living

Opposite the kitchen is a spacious sofa made of cognac-colored leather with an industrial look. There is a large Smart TV on the wall opposite the sofa.

Dining area

An extension of the kitchen is a sturdy wooden dining table surrounded by large windows that create a conservatory-like atmosphere.

Salvage

To the right of the living room, there is an additional storage space for various items.

An extra XL refrigerator is also located here.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 & 2

Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom, which can be closed off with industrial sliding doors.

The bedrooms are equipped with double beds and single duvets.

Bathroom 1

Bathroom with shower, small sink and toilet. This bathroom is shared by bedrooms 1 and 2.
