A house full of character and craftsmanship

Upon arrival, you immediately notice the spacious parking area, after which you enter a spacious hall with a bluestone floor and a beautifully made wooden staircase to the upper floor. A special bicycle rack, made of solid wood, already betrays the attention to craftsmanship that characterizes this house.

To the right of the hall is the cozy living space, where patina leather sofas around the built-in wood-burning stove invite long evenings by the fire. The raised floor gives the room an intimate feel, while the large windows subtly bring in the forest landscape. The coffee table - made from old railroad sleepers - forms the robust heart of the room.

From the living room, you descend a few steps to the atmospheric dining room. There a large oak table waits under a chandelier made of deer antlers, the place for long dinners and cozy conversations. The tall windows make it seem as if inside and outside flow seamlessly together.

The open kitchen connects directly to it and ensures that you always keep in touch with company. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 5-burner induction stove with convection oven, a large Siemens fridge with ice maker and, of course, a Nespresso machine. In the hall you will also find a separate toilet.

On the first floor there is also a first bedroom, ideal for guests with reduced mobility. The room is decorated in warm wood tones and off-white colors and has comfortable box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) with a double comforter. Adjacent is a private bathroom with classic sinks, shower and toilet.

On the second floor, the country style continues seamlessly. The spacious bedrooms each have their own color accent and are also equipped with box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) with double comforters. One of these rooms has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The third bathroom, shared by the other rooms, is extra spacious and executed in high-quality classic materials, with double sinks, a shower as well as a bathtub, ideal for those who want to relax completely. An additional separate toilet is located on the landing.

For the children there is a great bedroom and playroom with three XL bunk beds and a large wooden floor that provides space for play and fun. Here they can have endless fun.

A manicured garden extends around the house, with country-style borders that blend into the surrounding landscape. The terrace at the back offers a beautiful view of the forests of Mirwart and Saint-Hubert. Here you will find a robust handmade dining table and a charcoal Weber barbecue (available from April to September). There are eight deck chairs to relax and enjoy the peace, views and nature that surrounds you throughout.
