The comfortable lounge sofa and armchair invite relaxing evenings, while the charming patio-side fireplace offers warmth on cooler days. In the center of the room is a stylish dining table, perfect for long dinners or quiet mornings with a cup of coffee. The open kitchen with island is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge with separate freezer compartment and dishwasher. The villa is thoughtfully furnished for both relaxation and work. There are two elegant desks with a view, ideal for those who want to work remotely in an inspiring environment.

On the second floor are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds (180 x 90 cm, also available separately). The second bedroom features a private desk and access to a charming wooden balcony overlooking the surrounding area. Both bathrooms are delicately finished, with concrete stucco details, rain shower, sink and toilet.
