On the edge of Durbuy's vast 18-hole golf course, this elegant vacation villa is tucked away in greenery yet only 5 km from the charming center of Durbuy. Where comfort, wellness and nature come together.
A steep forest path takes you to the villa, where you can park three cars. The entrance is on the second floor.As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a bright loft with an artful sofa and an impressive spiral staircase that takes you to the living spaces downstairs. Downstairs is the spacious living room, furnished with a pellet stove and a comfortable seating area. Large windows open onto the terrace and let you enjoy a beautiful view of the valley. A chaise-longue invites you to dream away, while you can also make use of the Smart TV and DVD player.
Adjacent is the dining room with a long table for eight. The open kitchen with cooking island and bar is fully equipped and offers everything you need: a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and kettle.
On the same floor is also the wellness area. Here you will find an infrared sauna for three people, a shower, sink and toilet. This room also serves as a bathroom for one of the bedrooms.
The second floor houses two bedrooms. The first room is equipped with a double bed (with two separate comforters) and a built-in closet. This room uses the wellness area as a bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, a television and a private bathroom. This bathroom is done in cool industrial style, with a combination of wood, metal and natural stone, and features a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
On the second floor you will find a family suite with two interconnecting rooms. The front room has a spacious double bed, while the back room is furnished with two single beds. A television is also provided here. The attached bathroom has a country feel and features a whirlpool tub, sink and toilet.
Outside beckons a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the golf course and the valley. Here you can enjoy long summer evenings at the dining table, in the reclining chairs or with a delicious barbecue. On the terrace there is also a wood-fired hot tub. You fill this with fresh water and after a few hours of firing you can bathe under the stars.
During the summer months, from mid-June to the end of September, guests also have free access to the heated outdoor pool of the residence, just 200 meters from the villa. This pool is exclusively accessible to residents and tenants of the surrounding villas.
The garden completes the stay and offers plenty of fun for children. There is a swing, a slide, a trampoline and even a bocce court.

We very much enjoyed our vacation in the beautiful house located in a beautiful nature. Everything was satisfactory, enough space for 8 people. Definitely recommended to our circle of friends. It would have been nice to be able to leave the house a little later to leave at 10:00 am with 8 people and leave it orderly is a bit hefty.
