The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped: a large stainless steel fridge, oven, induction hob, two microwaves, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso. There is plenty of workspace and a bar where you can cozy up while cooking. For the children there is their own mini-kitchen so that they too can safely participate. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large dining table; at that table is a cassette fireplace that provides instant atmosphere and cozy warmth during long dinners.

The sitting area across from the dining area is furnished with an inviting Irish-pub-style corner sofa and a flat-screen TV with Belgacom TV and Netflix; of course, there is Wi-Fi. A particularly playful element in the living room is the coffee table: at the touch of a button, it transforms into a full-fledged pool table - ideal for game nights without the hassle of moving.

From the living space, a staircase leads to the lower floor, where a complete spa awaits. Life-size photo panels of the Ardennes forests adorn the walls, creating a true forest experience. The wellness includes two traditional saunas, infrared radiators and a relaxation corner where you can retreat to. Right outside, on the covered terrace, the hot tub is ready for both summer and winter use (with the restrictions mentioned above).

On the first floor is a bedroom accessible to disabled people, equipped with a double bed consisting of two 90 cm mattresses and an adjoining bathroom designed for comfort and accessibility.

On the second floor you will find two families' bedrooms en-suite, each sharing a bathroom through sliding doors - thus combining privacy with being together. The shared bathrooms are practically equipped with double sinks, shower and toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV.

On the second floor are two more bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (double sink, shower and toilet) and also its own Smart TV. This layout makes the house ideal for families or groups where both communal and private spaces are desired.

Outside, there is a long table under a glass canopy overlooking the valley - great for summer evenings when the sun is slowly sinking. A large outdoor stove provides ambiance and warmth, and on the lawn children can have fun on the trampoline, slide and swing. BBQ facilities are provided for relaxed meals outside.
