Through the large wooden sliding door you step into the Naja, the beautiful conservatory that is the heart of the house. Here is a generous dining table with wooden bucket chairs under a bohemian lamp. The large windows all around let in the sunlight and offer views of the terrace and lush Mediterranean garden.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an induction cooktop, combination oven, generous refrigerator and dishwasher. The authentic Spanish tiles give it a warm feel. Of course, even the little things have been thought of: a kettle, toaster, juicer and Nespresso machine are ready for your convenience.

The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own character and plenty of light.
The master bedroom is spacious and elegant, with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom. A double rain shower with room for two awaits there - a little luxury that makes every day special. The second bedroom has twin beds and garden views, while the third bedroom, with bunk beds and an extra bed, is ideal for children. Down the hallway is a second, spacious bathroom with a separate rain shower and XL bathtub. The combination of ochre yellow tiles and white stucco makes this space sunny and stylish. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.

Outside, paradise unfolds.
The lounge terrace is spacious and sun-drenched, with comfortable seating areas and panoramic views of the valley and the Montgó. Here you will enjoy long mornings with coffee and croissants, or balmy evenings with a good glass of wine. Around the 15-meter-long pool extends a 160 m² terrace with luxurious loungers, umbrellas and sunshades. The pool itself is an eye-catcher: a unique walk-in pool with a shallow 20 cm section - ideal for small children or for lazing around by yourself with your feet in the water.

The sand-colored mosaic tiles give the water a soft azure hue, and under the surface playful sea turtles await you - a charming nod to the villa's name. At night, the spectacle is complete when the phosphor stones along the pool's edge light up and the water gently sparkles in the dark.

Next to the pool you will find an attractive outdoor kitchen with Weber BBQ, refrigerator and covered dining area. Here cooking automatically becomes a social gathering: while the meat sizzles on the grill, you enjoy the view of the setting sun with a glass of wine.

The garden is a haven of peace, with citrus trees, palms and fragrant flowers. Seek shade in the hammock or play a game of bocce on the private court - under the warm Spanish sun, time seems to slow down on its own here.
