When you arrive through the quiet village street, the Ardennes stone construction and the classic rod-shaped windows immediately catch your eye. Behind the hedges, you step into a generous entrance hall with space for coats and shoes and a separate toilet.

The country kitchen is the warm heart of the house. Soft green cabinet fronts, a black natural stone worktop and stylish black handles give the room a charming look. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, large stainless steel fridge with freezer drawers, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle. Here is also the large wooden dining table with six chairs - an inviting place for long meals, games and cozy family moments.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and chaise longue. Thanks to the modern pellet stove, there is a warm, relaxing atmosphere, ideal for evenings by the fireplace.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom exudes tranquility thanks to soft colors and minimalist furnishings. The 180x200 double bed is the centerpiece. The second bedroom is furnished with families in mind: in addition to the double bed (180x200), there is a camp bed, toys, reading books and handy storage compartments with towels and blankets.

The modern bathroom offers both luxury and comfort. There is a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower, a large sink, open storage space and a freestanding bathtub in which you can relax. On the same floor there is also a practical laundry room with sink, wooden worktop, washing machine, dresser and an additional toilet.

The top floor houses a third cozy bedroom, finished with warm wood tones, soft fabrics and a playful rug. The comfortable double bed (180x200) and cozy sitting area with chair and sheepskin rug make this a lovely retreat.

Surrounding the house is a green garden where shrubs and plants along the facade move with the seasons. At the back of the house is a wooden terrace overlooking the surrounding nature - a perfect place to relax, have breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy the silence with a glass of wine. Parking is available in the private parking lot for one car.

Those who want to explore the surrounding area have numerous options. From the village you can walk straight into the woods or explore the area by bicycle. On warm days you can kayak on the Ourthe, one of the most beautiful rivers in the region. And culture can be found in Wéris, with its impressive megaliths and dolmen. End the day in one of the many local restaurants, where you can enjoy regional dishes as well as refined dinners.
