Upon arrival at the rear of the house, where you can easily park your car, you enter a spacious, bright hallway. The floor of local natural stone and a practical wardrobe for coats and shoes immediately give a sense of homeliness. From here you have access to the kitchen and stairs lead to the second floor.

The living-kitchen is the heart of the house. Here there is plenty of space for several people to cook together, laugh and enjoy each other's company. A cozy island with bar stools invites you to sit and follow the cooking, while the large dining table seats twelve and seamlessly connects the kitchen to the rest of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped: a 90 cm gas hob, hot air oven, combi microwave, dishwasher and a spacious stainless steel fridge with separate freezer, complemented by a traditional coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The hoods are incorporated into the large fireplace, making cooking and dining a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

The living room, finished in soft shades of gray, exudes tranquility and comfort. A generous modular lounge sofa invites you to sink away with a good book or a movie after an active day in the area. The wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth within moments, while the view of the surrounding landscape provides a sense of serenity. For modern relaxation, a flat-screen TV and wireless Internet are available.

On the first floor there is a double room, ideal for someone who is a little worse for wear. The 180 x 200 cm bed is made up on arrival and can be pushed apart if desired. The room has a private bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet, making privacy and convenience optimal.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms. Three of these rooms are double rooms with beds of 180 x 200 cm, made on arrival, one of which has its own bathroom. The beds can be pushed apart if desired. The fourth room is a spacious family room with four beds: one double bed of 180 x 200 cm and two single beds of 90 cm, which can also be arranged flexibly.

The bathroom arrangement on the second floor is practical and comfortable: one bedroom has a private bathroom with sink and shower, while another bathroom is shared by the family room and one of the double rooms. Two separate toilets are also available, so everyone can leave in peace for another day of adventure.

Outside, Le Morvan offers an equally inviting setting. To the rear is a spacious parking area, while to the front is a sunny terrace with shade pergola ready for relaxing. Lazy loungers invite reading, sunbathing or simply enjoying the sweeping views of beautiful Burgundy. For cozy dinners outside, there is a Finnish Kota and a barbecue, so you can eat together and enjoy the fresh air all year round, in all weather conditions.
